Consulting
My vision is to inspire excellence in organizations as institutions of opportunity. My unique skills enable me to train staff to work as leadership teams and meet the challenges of creating superior programs, which inspires staff loyalty and strengthens administrative systems.
Nurturing people through careful listening, analysis and thorough diagnostics is the basis for a successful consulting relationship. Every consult begins with a careful examination of the issues presented and then a deliberate, strategic and collaborative process of design. Whether organizations, executives, staff or programs are the focus, each gets the attention to detail and success-driven energy it requires.
Gaining trust, developing leadership, building consensus and managing conflict are the hallmarks of helping organizations become the healthiest they can be. This type of personal consultation is appropriate for organizations, and individuals through coaching and mentoring.
