My Approach

In each individual there are sparks of deep insight, creativity and talent. Through a collaborative approach, I guide clients to ignite those sparks. My coaching supports personal and professional goals based on self-initiated change in pursuit of specific and actionable outcomes. Coaching is future-focused, and the coaching relationship emphasizes action, accountability and follow-through as a result of a process of questioning, reflecting,  curiosity and carefully considered risks.

My Experience

I was trained as an executive coach at St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA. This complements my degrees in education and behavioral counseling. I was the CEO of a not - for -profit organization for 20 years, successfully hiring, training and managing 200 employees. I am proud to say that my programs earned highly respected national and regional awards and I have propelled at least 25 others to top leadership positions in their own organizations. I founded an MA program that grew exponentially in the initial years and is nationally recognized for its uniqueness. I founded a summer day camp that began with 50 participants and has grown to over 250. In addition, I have a wealth of volunteer experience serving as president of a not - for - profit organization for 6 years. During my presidency, I spearheaded a campaign that raised $250K for scholarships so that underprivileged children could have an immersive learning opportunity.

I have been a highly sought-after coach, mentor and consultant to individuals and teams, working globally with people at all stages of their careers. My 30+ years of experience  have successfully helped people to communicate more efficiently and increase their organization's bottom lines.

I define connection as the energy that exists between people when they feel seen, heard, and valued; when they can give and receive without judgment; and when they derive sustenance and strength from the relationship.
